By using our website and our services you will agree to be bound by the terms & conditions as stated below. We reserve the right to revise and update these terms and conditions without notice, therefore they should be regularly checked before making a purchase.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. When shopping on-line, Browse our catagories located on the left hand side of the screen. Click on any one product for more details about the product, when your ready to order just click on the "buy now" button next to the item you would like to order ensuring you select a colour or product option. This item is then added to your trolly or shopping cart. When you are ready to place your order click on the "Go To Checkout" link on the top right side of your computer screen. You will then be asked to login, if you have never placed an order with us before, you will need to create an account, this will only take a matter of minutes. When you log in, you will have immediate access to your saved shipping and billing information. Follow through the easy steps of adding shipping options and coupon codes then you will be asked which method you wish to pay by, click the appropriate option which will finalize your order, you will recieve an email to confirm that your order has been successfully submitted, if you dont recieve this email within 24 hours please email us to confirm we recieved your order.

Remittance Terms

Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before an order can be dispatched. Credit/Debit Card and Instant Paypal payments are taken instantly when an order is submitted therefore will be processed and sent out. Cheques and Paypal Echecks may take upto 10 days to clear and we will wait untill they have cleared in full before dispatching your order. Orders paid by Postal Order will be sent as soon as the postal order is recieved.

VAT Charges

VAT (Value Added Tax) is chargable at 15% on the Net Total of all orders. The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state.

Payment & Currencies

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling ex VAT (VAT is charged on the Net total of your order before you proceed to pay, you can see this listed in brackets on the product information pages). We accept most major credit & Debit cards. Card Payments are processed immediately using the Royal Bank of Scotland and Paypal secure systems, please note that for Credit Cards your card company will charge you a percentage % surcharge in addition, check your credit card terms and conditions for exact fees. Please DO NOT send credit card details by e-mail this is unsafe. Our online store includes a considerable level of security that is not included in e-mail. If you have any queries about making payments please contact us. We also accept Bank Transfer, UK Personal Cheques and UK Postal Orders that must be made payable to audiogold.co.uk and must NOT be marked or crossed, please remember to include your Name, Address and Order number when mailing us your payment. Once you fully submit your order you are bound by all terms and conditions listed on this page.

Shipping and Handling

We send orders worldwide, you can choose a shipping method once you have proceeded to the checkout. All orders are shipped by Royal Mail. All large parcels are sent using a Courier that require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect this from a local postal point. All parcels will be sent to the address provided in the "ship to" box in the "order process", you can change this at any time by clicking on the "edit" link.

Dispatch Times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from you placing your order (Working Days = Monday to Friday), and we aim to send within 24 hours Special Delivery orders placed up until 4pm, any special delivery orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day. If we anticipate any delay in this time period we will do our upmost to keep you informed by email but unforseen circumstances do arise. Please check all item descriptions as dispatch times may vary for certain products, these dispatch times are an estimate and can become shorter or longer. audiogold.co.uk are not bound by any timescales listed anywhere on this website, they are estimates only and are for information purposes.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the product(s) ordered and where in the world we are shipping to, unless otherwise stated. The shipping costs are always displayed to you when you proceed to the checkout and before you enter your payment details. Please make a careful note of this as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs as per Royal Mails annual rises.

Cancellations Before Despatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it is despatched, a 2% charge will be taken from the refund. This is charged by the payment processor.

Delays or Loss in Transit

Once your order has left our premises it is then solely and fully in the hands of the delivery/courier company as from the day your order status is changed to "Sent Out" or "Dispatched" (by choosing a shipping option this is the follow on service you have chosen and paid for yourself as a customer) please allow 15 working days for orders to arrive before making contact about a delay. We can provide you with any tracking information, dates, reference numbers etc, but it is therefore your responsability to track and trace the parcels in transit and claim for any loss or damage of items whilst in the hands of the delivery/courier company. We reserve the right to help you with claims but Royal Mail and most couriers suggest waiting at least 28 days for delivery of any parcel before a claim form can be submitted for a parcel deemed as lost in transit, this allows time for a parcel to be collected from the collections office if no one was home when they attempted delivery, and for the parcel to be delivered back to sender if it was not collected, any claims will not be submitted to Royal Mail until after 28 days by audiogold.co.uk. Unless these conditions state otherwise, we are not liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery.

Customer Returns

If you find your product(s) are damaged upon arrival you must notify us as soon as possible in writing by emailing us before you can return it to us. We must be made aware of any Faulty or Damaged product(s) within 7 working days of delivery. We will fully inspect all product(s) before making a decision on any exchange or refund and reserve the right to refuse to accept a return we deem non faulty, returned outside of the 7 days, not in satisfactory condition, or damaged by yourself due to misuse and not following the correct instructions on use of the product(s), it will then be returned to you and you may have to pay the return shipping fees. In the event of any unwanted product(s) you may return it unopened and unused without the seals or bands broken or removed, within 7 working days for an exchange, or a refund (minus an admin fee) assuming it is a product that we will accept as a return as unwanted products, if the anti tamper labels have been removed, the product is voided and can NOT be returned, (for health & hygiene reasons). Anything returned after 7 days will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued and you may be liable to pay costs for the goods to be returned to you, this also applies to products returned that have been opened and labels voided or products removed from packaging. You must always inform us first via email, before returning any product(s) to us. Please note you shall not be entitled to a refund of the shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) to us. Before returning your faulty or damaged product(s) to us please ensure that you sufficiently package the product(s) using similar packing to what the product(s) were shipped to you in. You are also advised to return product(s) by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your full name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt. We will not accept liability for product(s) lost or damaged during transit returned by you, therefore we advise insuring all product(s) returned to us. Returns By Royal Mail

If a package is returned to us because you failed to get it redelivered or collect it from your local delivery office within the timescale on the card left by the postman (normally 7 days for recorded and special deliverys, and 28 days for standard 1st and 2nd class mail), because you were not home when the postman attempted to deliver, then postage fees to resend an item back out to you may be requested before it is resent, because us as the sender, have to repay postage on the item to be resent.

Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card details are processed using the Protx and Paypal secure transaction system. Details are not stored on the Internet or on any of our own computers. This web site is fully verified with Protx and Paypal, two of the leading secure payment systems - as approved by many of the well known high street banks. Sensitive information is only requested on pages that are located on the Protx and Paypal secure servers and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else.

Privacy

Your privacy is always respected and we are committed to safeguarding your privacy online. We will never disclose or pass on information about our customers to any third party. We will not send you any unsolicited Emails other than information regarding your order or any updates to the website and stock. All goods arrive in plain packaging.
